Colour and Styling Aftercare
Blonde hair requires extra care to maintain its brightness and prevent dryness caused by lightening services.
Shampoo & Conditioning
We recommend using a salon-quality shampoo and conditioner after lightening your hair.
To prevent brassiness, alternate your regular shampoo with a purple shampoo. Purple shampoos help neutralize yellow tones and keep your blonde looking fresh and bright.
Keeping your hair hydrated is very important, as bleaching can dry the hair over time. Using nourishing masks and treatments regularly will help maintain softness and strength.
Strength & Repair
We recommend K18 treatments to help repair and strengthen chemically lightened hair.
Ideally, use K18 in-salon before your service, and then use the K18 mask at home for the first 8 washes after your hair has been lightened.
Heat Styling Protection
Always use a heat protectant when using hot styling tools.
